Seatrade Cruise Global 2027: Miami Beach Is Where Destinations Make Their Cruise Business Case

The April 5–8 gathering follows a 2026 edition with more than 12,500 attendees. For ports, tourism destinations and cruise suppliers, the opportunity is to turn a compelling exhibit into a productive commercial conversation.

A destination can look extraordinary on a screen and still leave a cruise planner with unanswered questions. What can passengers experience during a port call? How does the destination fit an itinerary? Who can explain the operational details after the first conversation?

At Seatrade Cruise Global 2027, the exhibit should help answer those questions. The event returns to the Miami Beach Convention Center, April 5–8, 2027, bringing the cruise industry together to discuss destinations, services and the passenger experience. For exhibitors, the task is to combine an attractive presentation with a clear reason to meet.

Four businesses in the publisher’s portfolio offer relevant starting points: Trade Show Exhibit Rentals for rental exhibit programmes, Exhibit Experience for custom exhibit design and production, Orlando Booth Rentals for Florida booth rental support, and Factory of Graphics for graphics production. Their roles are different; matching the right service to the brief matters more than collecting four interchangeable proposals.

What is Seatrade Cruise Global, and when does the exhibition open?

Seatrade Cruise Global is an industry conference and exhibition within the Informa Seatrade Cruise portfolio. It connects cruise businesses with ports, destinations and suppliers serving ship operations and the onboard experience. It is a business-development setting, rather than a consumer cruise-booking fair.

The official venue and travel page makes an important distinction: April 5 is conference-only; the expo hall opens at 11 a.m. on April 6. Exhibitors should build staffing and meeting plans around the exhibition schedule, not assume four full selling days on the floor.

How many attendees are expected compared with 2026?

The organizer’s current event website reports 12,500-plus attendees, 650-plus exhibitors, 85-plus cruise brands and representation from more than 125 countries for the preceding gathering. It describes 2026 as the largest edition in the event’s history.

For 2027, a directly comparable organizer attendance forecast was not identified in the sources reviewed on November 2, 2026. Atout France’s published participation offer anticipates more than 10,000 visitors, but that is a participating tourism agency’s planning figure, not a final organizer total or an exact forecast.

Attendance measureWhat the evidence supports
2026 attendanceOrganizer-reported 12,500-plus
2027 planning expectationAtout France lists more than 10,000 visitors in its participation offer
Comparable organizer forecast for 2027Not verified in the reviewed sources
Year-over-year growth or declineCannot be calculated reliably from these figures

The two “more than” figures are lower bounds from different sources. They do not establish that attendance will fall, nor support an invented growth percentage. The useful business context is the scale of the last completed edition; the useful exhibitor response is to identify relevant accounts rather than treat the entire audience as potential buyers.

How destinations will participate in 2027

Destinations belong at the centre of this event because cruise itineraries need places to visit, port access and experiences that passengers will value. The organizer has announced an additional Ports & Destination stage for 2027, giving that part of the industry a further place in the programme.

A verified example of planned participation is Atout France’s 2027 France pavilion offer. It invites tourism businesses and ports to participate in a collective French presence, with shared promotion and networking. This illustrates how a destination can arrive as a coordinated group while individual partners retain their own commercial offer.

Port Canaveral’s own Seatrade recap also states its intention to return in 2027. That is evidence of the port’s stated plan; it should not be expanded into an assumed stand number or a complete destination roster.

The official 2027 exhibitor directory is the place to check current participants. Participation can develop before the show. A country’s appearance in a previous edition does not by itself confirm its return.

For a destination pavilion, the practical challenge is shared identity. The visitor needs to recognize the destination from the aisle, locate a particular port or tourism partner, and find a place for a conversation. A strong overall image should not obscure the people and products beneath it.

Trade Show Exhibit Rentals: a rental programme built around the meeting plan

Trade Show Exhibit Rentals publishes rental exhibit options spanning inline and island footprints, with services including design, graphics, logistics, installation and dismantling. For Seatrade exhibitors, that creates a route to discuss a branded rental environment without starting from ownership of a new exhibit structure.

A destination team could brief the rental specialist on the number of participating partners, reception points and simultaneous meetings. A technology or hospitality supplier might instead need a demonstration counter, sample display and a seated discussion area. These are suggested applications of the company’s services, not descriptions of already-booked 2027 projects.

The rental proposal should identify what is included for Miami Beach and what remains a separate expense. Structure, graphic production and furnishings should be distinguished from organizer space charges and any separately ordered show services.

Exhibit Experience: custom design for a distinctive destination story

Exhibit Experience is the portfolio’s custom exhibit designer and producer. Its published capabilities include custom environments, graphics, logistics, installation, dismantling and project coordination.

For a port or destination, the custom-design conversation should begin with what visitors need to understand. A large scenic wall may create recognition; a clear map, partner identification and well-planned meeting space can help turn that recognition into a useful discussion. Architecture, imagery and furniture should support the same message.

Custom does not have to mean adding every possible feature. It means making deliberate choices around the destination’s identity and operating requirements. Give the design team the actual footprint, open sides, partner count and staffing plan before approving a concept. Specific Seatrade delivery commitments belong in the agreed project scope.

Orlando Booth Rentals: Florida support with Miami Beach specified clearly

Orlando Booth Rentals advertises booth rental services across Florida and explicitly includes Miami in its service coverage. Its offerings include booth design, graphics, lighting, delivery, installation and dismantling.

The Orlando name should not cause exhibitors to confuse venues. Seatrade is in Miami Beach, not at the Orange County Convention Center. An enquiry should name the Miami Beach Convention Center, the assigned booth and the required installation schedule so transport and labour are quoted for the correct location.

For a company with both Orlando and South Florida events, the useful discussion is continuity: which branded elements can be used again, which layout must change, and what additional handling or graphics are required. Reuse should be planned and priced rather than assumed to be free.

Factory of Graphics: making the destination visible and readable

Factory of Graphics is a national graphics producer with published offerings including SEG fabric graphics, large-format printing, backlit fabric, trade show backdrops, hanging signs and floor graphics. Its website includes Miami among the markets it serves.

For Seatrade, those capabilities can support scenic destination imagery, port identification, partner panels and branded meeting areas. The production brief should distinguish between a photograph intended to attract attention across an aisle and a map or information panel intended to be read nearby.

Send exact frame specifications and approved artwork, not just a screenshot of the desired appearance. Check the spelling of destinations and partner names, image resolution, colour references and the placement of seams or joins before production. A beautiful destination photograph loses its purpose if a key name is hidden behind furniture or a screen.

One coordinated scope is better than four disconnected orders

These four companies are affiliated businesses in the publisher’s portfolio. They are presented here as commercial service options, not an independent ranking or a claim that they are official Seatrade contractors. The services described are published capabilities relevant to exhibitors; no unverified booth assignment or 2027 client booking is being announced.

An exhibitor may need one coordinated provider, or a graphics order supporting an existing structure. Establish who owns the final dimensions, graphic templates, shipping plan, installation drawings and on-site handover. Overlapping services should not become duplicated charges or conflicting instructions.

Before requesting a proposal, prepare the footprint, budget, partner list, meeting capacity, display needs and required services. Ask for a written scope covering installation through removal, including exclusions and approval milestones. Allow time for destination partners to approve their own names and imagery before the artwork deadline.
