VENUE GUIDE
The Venetian Expo
Las Vegas, Nevada
An independent planning guide to The Venetian Expo: hall orientation, service orders, shipping and hand-carry rules, paid parking, and the questions to settle before move-in.
THE SETTING
Start with the actual hall, not a search result.
The Venetian Expo sits at The Venetian Resort, 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard, and connects to resort and parking-garage areas through The Venetian Convention Center. Official venue information lists Expo Halls A through D and Hall G; Halls A–D can combine to 655,600 square feet. The assigned hall and show layout govern every exhibitor’s route and footprint, so use the current floor plan and event documentation rather than assuming one hall’s access or utility conditions apply to another.
ON THE GROUND
Build an operations plan before the booth arrives.
Treat the Exhibit & Business Service Center on Expo Level 1 as the on-site support reference, not a freight warehouse. The venue’s published general-contractor guide says the center does not accept or store exhibitor shipments, and the Level 2 FedEx location does not forward packages to the Expo. Confirm the receiving address, labels, dock appointment, and outbound-carrier process with the organizer or appointed contractor. Hand-carrying is permitted only within the venue’s published equipment restrictions.
BEFORE YOU SHIP
Use the current event manual as the final word.
Build the booth plan around services that may need separate orders: electrical, internet/telecom, rigging, lighting, cleaning, catering, and audiovisual. The venue states that electrical is separate from AV equipment and that 24-hour power costs extra. Hanging-sign allowances vary by hall and booth type, while food or product sampling can require written authorization. Verify every exception in the current show manual, especially for island booths, suspended elements, electrical loads, samples, and freight.
EXHIBITOR CHECK
- The Exhibit & Business Service Center is on Expo Level 1; official published contact details are 702-733-5070 and servicecenter@venetianlasvegas.com.
- The venue guide says the service center does not accept or store exhibitor shipments, and crates or cartons may not be stored inside the facility.
- Official published guidance distinguishes hand-carry from material-handling equipment and specifies hall-dependent floor-load and hanging-sign considerations.
COSTS & TIMING
Model the full project, not the booth line item.
Use the venue’s published checklist as a budgeting framework, not a guarantee: it advises an eight-week guide review, a six-week booth-services account step, and potential on-site rates after the published cutoff. Add electrical, internet, cleaning, freight/material handling, labor, rigging, catering, insurance, permits, parking, and disposal to the estimate. Confirm each deadline, rate, contractor condition, and parking arrangement through current show paperwork rather than reusing a prior show’s details.
SOURCES & VERIFICATION
Start with the primary record.
We use official venue, city, destination, and organizer resources for orientation. The most current event manual and designated service-contractor materials control the work.
